I'm honoured to be mentioned on you...Ahhhhhhhh! I'm honoured to be mentioned on your wonderfully scrumptious (if often infuriating as it makes me sit at my desk salivating!) blog... and not only once, but twice! Indeed both in relation to my favourite dish ever - noodle soup! I can honestly say that I could live on it. And there are so many wonderful variations, many of which Mrs Pemberton has introduced me to; ramen, laksa, pho... the list is long and extraordinarily delicious!

I can honestly say - hand on heart - that you are the lady behind my reasonably new-found love of cooking. I couldn't wait to get back from work when we were living in the cottage together... the beguiling smells as I came around the corner and in through the front door... the delightfully fragrant noodle soups... the fantabulous tarka dal... spending the rest of the evening lounging in a chilli delirium... and then I had to learn to do it myself when you weren't there!

Love the blog, gorgeous girl. So good to hear about what you've been up to. And the best thing about it is that I know how much food and feeding people means to you. You are the original 'feeder'!

Anyway, to conclude, I am still a noodle addict (preferably cradled in a bowl of soup). I don't think that will ever change. Thank you so much for all the scrum-diddly-umptious recipes and ingredients that you've introduced my taste buds to. They are eternally grateful!

XAmie Pascoenoreply@blogger.com
